Dears,

I would like to express my frustration, disappointment and anger at Abu Dhabi channel. Today is the start of the Premier league yet we can not watch it in Egypt due to the unavailability of Abu Dhabi "Special" HD receivers and smart ...cards.

We did not face such problems with Showtime and now honestly, I wish the switch for broadcast rights had never took place. Even tough I love your F1 coverage.

In my opinion this is totally unacceptable from such a reputable channel and I hope to see some actions happening to rectify this mess.

I would expect better communication to your viewers and better transparency in terms of when exactly the receivers will be available and how to get it.
