I ordered 2 free products--for $.99 shipping and $2.49 shipping--30 day trial sample of each on 08/09/09. Today, on 08/10/09, someone called and said something about a free trip and a charge of $39.99 and I said no I didn't want that. He gave me a toll free number that is very static sounding every time I call. When you try to talk to a customer service rep you are put on hold indefinitely with no back-up option. The website they refer you to requires a password that you have never set up ahead of time and cannot access.
