Academic Leadership coaching is to support our clients to gain clarity on the leader they want to be and then to acquire the skills and mindset to accelerate their impact. Coaching services and programs include: 1:1 leadership coaching for faculty and senior administrators, coaching and leadership development programs for junior faculty and departmental administrators, and ‘jump start’ coaching for newly appointed university leaders.
