Without a doubt, these people at Academy Collection Services, Inc., Philadelphia, PA are the rudest, horrible people I have ever in my life come up against. I do not deny that we owe a bill and are trying to work out payments, but ACS refused anything less than 10%. We made one payment of $150.00 and then we started getting letters and 3-5 calls a day demanding the balance in full. There is no way. I asked several times to speak with a manager or supervisor and they refused. One man, David Hallmark, told me that I "needed to get my priorities straight and pay my bills and be responsible." People like Mr. Hallmark and Mr. Gary Adams should be locked away somewhere.
