DO NOT BUY ACAI-ADVANCE BERRY HERE'S WHY!
I order the trials for $2.95 and $5.95 for 15 days. I received one than the other later. Was on my charge card. I Tried them weren"t doing anything for me and had to cancel before the 15th day. I started calling several numbers from the paper work, and the internet and go to the acaiadvancescs.com it had on the recording on the phone alls I made. I was getting nervous that they"d charge me, cause I could not get a customer service to take my call or no place to email online. I called every day from May 29 to June 4. No fooling I was on that phone daily and on hold with a recording saying over and over "A SERVICE REPERSENATIVE WILL BE WITH YOU BLAH BLAH BLAH up to 20 mins or so, I was very upset! Finally the recording ended with a mess saying at the time we an"t help you and disconect. NOONE ever took my call I see I had gotten charged $88.00 on my charge card, which I was keeping up with the date it was being posted sure enough it was authorized the first time I called the credit card co. they told me to call back when I saw it posted to my account on the internet i did and i disputed the $88.00 charge through my credit card account. I also called the Acai advance berry co. guess what someone answered i told him what I'd been through! He didn"t care! I told him I wanted my account credit bak the $88.00. He said he couldn"t. Well, my dispute through my credit card co. got it credited back! Just received the confirmation letter. Today I got charged again by this Acai-Advance co. I called and this lady ans. I told her I was charged again $24.95 and $64.29 she said there was no where noted I had called and caneled! but she did cancel this time why should I beleve her. I am furious now! I called my credit card co. they reccomended canceling the card cause it look like acai-advance would continue to charge my account. So, my card is canceled and I have to get a new card and my mind is it ease now. Oh, and I haven't received the Acai for this charge!!Which I do not want anyways! My credit card o. is getting the $24.95 and the $64.29 credited back because I did not authorize it she said.
