took money out of my account without permission
I had order Acai Barry for this company and never received the product and was charged $84.95 to my account, I call the company and they say they don't have records, I have my bank statement saying they took out the money, please help with this scam

I ordered a free trial, paid $2.95 shipping and never did receive produt, tried to contact on e mail never did respond an tried to call customer service no answer at 1 866 468 3300. Can you check into this? Iris J. Strong
