I know it has worked for some, but sadly not all, but you've lost nothing without trying.

Whatever you do, do not even attempt to waste your phonebill on 0808 2389830 or 0808 238 8981, they are not remotely interested or helpful and when the line of questioning gets too close for comfort (no phone rage required), they simply put the phone down!!! This goes to show that even the 'family' of staff are well briefed on what they are doing - RogueTraders and Watchdog seem like good places to start.
