I have been charged 3 times on my credt card for product not ordered. When I called 1-866-949-0138, Sara told me even if I returned the 1 bottle I did receive that they still would not credit my account. I requested a RMA # and to talk to her supervisor. After being on hold for over 15 minutes, I had to hang up to return to work.
