I ordered, what I thought, was a trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox where I only had to pay the shipping and handling to try the product. When I did receive the bottle some weeks later I had no order information at all in the package only the product. I didn't receive an email with the order information so I didn't really know who to send it back to or who to contact if I had questions. When I ordered the product I also checked to see if this was one of those deals where they send you the product every 30 days or so but I didn't see that on the website so just to make sure I put in the special handling section that didn't want this to be a continuous supply that I was only wanting to try this product before I made this decision. A month later I was checking my bank statement and saw some changes that I didn't understand so I called the number that was on the statement to check on the charges and when I spoke with a rep I knew this is a total scam. First of all they don't tell you about this 14 day return policy and second of all they don't tell you that you will be charged another $87 if you don't return it within that 14 days. Another thing is that both charges were under different product names on my bank statement (Acai Berry and the other Natural Cleanse) and I ask the lady about this and the only thing she would say was that she was sorry that the names were different but wouldn't address why. I told her that the company was being very deceptive and was pulling a scam on its customers by misrepresenting the truth and all she could say was that she was sorry I felt that and that she would cancel my order and gave me a confirmation number. I waiting to see if they will try to rip me off for more money; however I have taken precaution and alerted the bank about this activity. It's companies like this one that make the consumer not want to take a chance and order anything on line. From now on I will make sure I read until I can't read anymore when I'm considering ordering from a company I don't know anything about. BUYER BEWARE!
