for "sample" $3.95 bottle, of "crap" that does not work!!! Shipping cost me $8 +. Then I received another bottle of "crap" and another shipping charge of $8+ as well as a charge to my acct for $89.95! Once aware, I immediately called and requested "Membership" be canceled and a full refund! I was denied the refund and told that I should have read the "fine print". My membership was canceled and I was not to be charged any further charges or receive any further shippments. Next thing I know, about a month later I am charged $29.95 by "Fit-Factory". One month later I was charged again the same by the same. Come to find out, FitFactory and Acai Berry Co's are "Partners". After a 30 minute online chat, and a 20 minute, very not - so plesant conversation!!! and then a disconnect and another phone call, I received a "FULL" refund for both charges from Fit Factory. All I can tell you is be persistant and you can obtain a refund from Fit Factory. Had I had the perservence, I could have probably gotten a refund from Acai Berry, but seeing as how I am stationed in Iraq, long distance calls and stamina are very expensive!!! Best of luck to anyone who has fallen subject to these deceptive companies! I asked the customer service rep. how he was able to perform his job on a daily basis considering the undoubted continuious abuse?
