After the trial bottle trial, they automatically charged to my credit card account for a new bottle US$79.90; as they said I don't call to stop the subscription. However, I never see any agreement on the e-form whilst I made the trial order. And they charged me on April 14th, as of now (April 27th) there is no products receive from them. I tried email the person who contact me, sales office, and maybe their support email. NO one answer my question, and don't know what I can do now. I plan to report to our HK Consumer Council, no matter they will send me the bottle or refund, at least - I don't want others' will get into this "set-up". They intented to charge $ and not shipping any products. And I cannot found their official web site or any customer support. I read lots of complaints from this board - seems we got the same issue.
