I ordered a "Free Trial" of Acai Berry pills from which I saw on Rachael Ray, I placed the order, and less then 2 weeks later a $29.95 charge from Fit-Fac.com was on my bank statement. This was NEVER disclosed in the ordering process, the only charge I was aware of was the $3.95 shipping. I did get the refund, but after on the phone with customer service trying to scam me is saying I was disclosed this information when purchasing the product! We'll see if I even get the Free Trial!
