I ordered ONLY a free sample 30-Day supply that I was supposed to only get charged for Shipping. Two weeks later, I have a $79.96 dollar charge showing up on my credit card for a "subscription" to everything they offer - Fit Factory, Acai Fit, and everything else under the sun. I honestly did not authorize, nor sign-up for any susbscription. I cannot thank the people here enough for the guidance on how to STOP these charges. I was very STERN and demanded confirmation #'s for cancellation and I also demanded a credit for the $79.96. They did not offer the credit at first - I hadn't even received a 2nd shipment of their products - and was able to get them to agree to the credit - takes 14 business days. Get this - I received 4 confirmation cancellation #'s. I didn't even know I subscribed to 4 products/services in the first place. I also received these in an email with these confirmation #'s. Wow! I will never buy a product like this on the web again.
