I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry Weight loss. A few weeks later I now have a charge on my account for $86.42 for Wellness lab 1-866-967-4917 billed to my checking account. I called and the company can find no record of any charges or of any product being sent. They said the onlu thing I can do is to fax my checking account statement to them along with my info and my complaint and they will see if anything has been shipped. If not, then the refund department will send me my money back. How can a company take my money but have no record of me in their system??? Please tell everyone to stay away from online ads. There has to be something that can be done with this illegal activity. There was no fine print that said there would be more product shipped or anything. I had this happen with Colon blast or something like that a year ago, this is why I looked for the fine print but I found none this time.
