I made the serious error of joining a trial of natural made acai berry, i decided i didn'[t want to do this and had not even opened the bottle. I spent a couple of weeks trying to track the company for an RMA number, via email and trying to call the number... i had 2 attempts where the number didn't even get answered than numerous attempts where i would be on the line for an hour and then lose the connection and then yesterday finally after 1.5hrs i got through and was assured that when i returned the bottle that was in transit to me i would be refunded. This was after having another company 'the fit factory' bill me for $40 and then today i was billed $89.31 by enhancemybody.com and i haven't even heard of them. i rang and they say they will refund my money in the next 2 weeks.
i am very worried about this, i can't afford it and i'm getting scared of what will come next
does anyone have any advice on what i can legally do to stop these people accessing my account?
