I signed up to receive 1 bottle of Acai berry supplement. The internet ad referenced Oprah and Dr. Oz. I received the bottle and was charged $3.87. An additional bottle was shipped to my home without any kind of invoice. While looking at my account today I was shocked to see a charge of $87.13 debited from my account. I called the representative who informed me that when I signed up to receive the first bottle I didn't notice the small print that said I would only have 14 days to return the item and not have my account charged. The representative did cancel my account ( I think!) and i asked to talk to a supervisor. I was on hold for 30 minutes and never got to talk to a supervisor. I am sending the product back with a signature required receipt. I am also notifying my bank that this was a fraudulent charge.
