Accepted trial offer for both products. Did not receive till 3 weeks later. I tried the pills for 4 days and I developed an allergy reaction. Called the company to cancel subscription immediately after and returned the bottles. In the meantime, my bank account had already been charged $252 and the company refused to pay me back. I called Essential Heath Brand several times (put on hold for over 20 minutes each time) and emailed them my concerns. They never responded back to me. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and submitted a complaint against the company but they had to close my complaint because Essential Health Brand would not answer them. I was then referred to the Federal Trade Comission and I am in the process of submitting my complaint to them as well . Essential Brand Health is an unethical company. I thought they were a reputable company but they are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Do not let them do to you what they did to me. They are a scam. Stay away from them. They will rip you off in a heartbeat.
