No punctuations, commas, periods, all lower case, no spaces. they sent me an email with my order number and information with a link to confirm, and a password all in capital letters, do not type in your password in capital letters, lower case only. I am still waiting for my conformation email stating they have actually canceled my subscription. In the mean time I canceled my credit card just to be on the safe side.
