I ordered the trial product and before I recieved it I was billed for my next shipment. I called and told them I hadn't even tried it yet so just cancel my next shippment and please refund my money ($87.12 for the product and $1.75 foreign transaction fee) Last time I checked between Washington State and Florida the dollar did not need a currency exchange. I called the company and was told they held my order as I had requested and would put in for a refund but if I didn't get it in 3 days to call again. That was January 20th and this is May 11th - Still no refund - I have called 2 and 3 times a week and get the same answer. I would like to tell Opra about it. Maybe she wouldn't be sofond of them!
