I went through the whole "14 day trial" process, returned their product (which was not the one I ordered), received a cancellation number, and was STILL billed $79.28! When I informed them of this, they told me my refund would post in 5-10 business days. It's been 17 days and they now tell me it may take up to two months! I have been told 3-4 different versions of the refund process and have been told it's impossible to get in touch with "corporate." Please!
This product is not worth the hassle - even if it does half of what it says it does. These people are crooks!
