I called company to say I started the product late due to my fathers illness and susbequent death. I was able to start just this past week. He passed away December 27th 2008. I told them that the product made me nauseated and I could not stay out of the bathroom for 3 days. I wanted a refund. They told me they could not offer the full refund since I should have sent the product back yesterday. I told them my dad reecntle passed away and I didn't get a chance to take it within the allotted time. The customer service person told me he doubted that my dad passed away and that they could only refund the partial amount charged. I already paid 5.95 for the product and they charged an additional 39.95 to that this month on my credit card. Automatic billing without prior authorization is fraud and this company not only was insensitiove to my situation but deviant. I am upset and furious to be treated in this manner. I am returning the products with my fathers death certificate to prove that I was not able to take them when I received the product and when I did it was too late to return it according to them. I have the charges in dispute with my credit company. I am reporting them to the Customer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau. Consumer beware!
