First of all the website I ordered the product from said nothing about a 14 day free trial. I never receved the product so I said whatever am not going to tie up phone lines over a $4.00 lost. Next thing I know before I can get to the bank to get my own money they have taken a total of $167.90 out of my account. Then I call the rude customer service department to be challenged by the rep to go to the website again and see what it says and sure enough it said nothing of a free trial. Then she tells me because the product has been shipped I can't get a refund. I let her know yes I can I would rather pay my bank $35 stop payment than to lose my money over a service not rendered. Then all of a sudden I can get back $40 per product in 3-5 days we will see.
