I ordered free trial in October 2009. As per their instructions I called and got return authorization number, returned products Nov. 3, receipt requested. They signed for returned products. USPS sent me receipts. I called them December, was told refunds were posted to my account. Refunds never came. I have guessed by now it is a scam, but is there anything I can do, I need my money back. They are:
