I have a charge as of June 16th on my account for 87.47.

I originally bought it based on a "free trial" On June 9th my account was charged $4.95 for shipping my free trial.

As of this day on June 18th 2010 I have still not received the product and been charged the above amount of $87.47 which I allegedly was able to use for 30 days without sending the product back before having to even receive this charge

I called and spoke to a woman named Rebecha in Panama I assume and she sent me an email with a link to a website where I would be able to cancel. This website is:

I had her on the phone with me WHILE i filled out the form in the event of a problem. Of course in the email the password they give you is "ONLINE" and in reality, it is "online" in lower case.

She told me I had 10 days to cancel, and upon my luck it is within the 10 days. She then said my charges will be taken off my account within 5 business days.

It also says I will receieve a confirmation email to affirm that it is "officially canceled" Rebecha said on the phone, "maam, as of today, JUne 18th, your charges have been officially cancelled."

I for some reason do not believe her, but I guess I will find out within 5 business days.

Visa told me that I would have 30 days to wait and have them review the charges and they would settle it without much of my involvement.

Really---why is this allowed to happen. Some people in this world are a waste of space, and not only is this company a waste of space but also a complete waste of time.
