To Richard Cranium or whom it may concern;

I have tried several times to get hold of your company’s to cancel this product since October. Your phone numbers are 877-317-0189, 866-897-0663, 800-715-1354 and 952-908-4112. After research I have found out your all one company.
I was put on hold for more than an hour each and every time I would call then I would hang up. What With That? Leaving a person on hold that long! How rude.

I received the one free sample for Acaiaslim and Bromalite, paid $4.85 and $6.46, wasn’t happy with these products so that is why I been trying to cancel.
I got my Master Card Statement for December, 2008 and I noticed you have taken off 2 payments a total of $150.12 for Acaiaslim I never received.
I did finally receive Acaiaslim on Christmas Eve but now I am sending it back to your company Priority post so you can’t say I didn’t send it back.
One payment was on November 24th, 2008 for $75.48
The other was on December 9th, 2008 for $74.64
Power Tea which you have taken $45.29 on October 30th, 2008 from me and I have NEVER received that product….nor do I want it now.
And Bromalite….you have taken 2 payments a total of $137.82 for product I never received.
One payment was on November 13th, 2008 for $70.67
The other was on November 28th, 2008 for $67.15
Altogether your companies owe me $333.23 and I want it put back onto my card ASAP onto credit card 544612……….
I have read blogs on your company of how you guys keep taking money off of people credit cards, don’t send product and don’t get back to the people. They had to cancel their card to stop payments….What With That??? Is this how to run a company…too scam people? I want this taken care for me ASAP….
I will keep bugging your company till it is taken care of….believe me I will. You’ll receive this letter from every week…..
