I order acai berry and total cleanse at the same time in december and didnt recieve it until january and read about the trail and called a week later bitching about how i cant believe u can try something for a week to see results and u were suppose to cancell before the 15th day it was sent before the charge u. i did call before and yelled for an hour and to find out u dont have to send back thr trail as long as u called before the 13th day so i just was charged the 5.95 and that was it. so i called total cleancse(18663200038) and cancelled th same day. thought it was over i just checked my banking and acaiberry caharged me the 88 dollars plus 2 something so i freaked and called and got someone and bitched i want a refund right a way and they didnt even have that i cancelled. CRAP!!! I wanted to talk to a supervisor and they put me on hold and came back saying that they will put a request for a refund and wouldnt put the supervisor on told them i wasnt getting off the for till i knew that they notated that i cancelled within the 15 days. They said i should recieve a cancell lation email i told the i had one from totalcleanse witch was on the 21st of jan the same day i cancelled with them the first time. so i have to wait 7 to 10 days to see if i get a refund. its so crazy how many complants there r about this company. but every time i called i did talk to someone and i also have the return address. hope they give me my refund because if i have to call them again im going to go crazy.
