I, apparently along with many other people, was fraudulantly charged for products I didn't want. The website I ordered from for both products, AcaiBerry & ColoFlush, never said anything about cancelling before the 14 day trial period. I would've never ordered it if the was the case. I have been charged $233.49 for the products when I ONLY authorized the $4.99 shipping charge to try both products. Of course, when I called the company, I spoke with a Middle Eastern Indian male the would only offer me a$40.00 refund. His "supervisor", also a Middle Eatern male whose name is "Daniel Mercy", was also no help. I told him that I was filing a complaint with my local police department for the fraudulant charges, contacting the attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau. I was then promptly hung up on by Mr. Mercy. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and shut down my credit card. Has anyone filed a class action suit? If so, please contact me.
