The phone 866-938-4832 isn't answered. The "LIVE CHAT" www.Mytrialsupport.com is also not live chat but bogus with an automatic reply with links to sites that don't work. Your credit card then gets charged continuously for $94.57 over $180 a month for both products and there is no way for you TO CANCEL IT. The only address provided is a Boca Raton FL address at 127 NW 13th Street, Suite #4 Boca Raton, FL 33432. Someone needs to shut these people down. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute all charges to get out of this nightmare and it has cost me $400 so far!
