87.13 was withdrwn form my credit card without my okay. I tried numberous time to call their customer support number and was put on hold for up to 45 mins. Finally I was connected to a person named Gale #2385. She just kept telling me she would cancel my assount and gave me a conformation #263090. She also told me I WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO THE REFUND DEPARTMENT but she could not conect me or give me a phone # OR ADDRESS FOR THEM.She said they would reach me by e-mail which they have not done. I went to my credit union and had my visa closed so they could not withdraw any thing else and they also put in a request for a refund.
