After finding you cite, I do not feel so very alone, with this obvious scam on consumers. The company advertising that they give free samples. I signed up for a colon cleanse from another company and the acaiberry product. I received the colon cleanse and was able to see that I would be charged for this free sample within two weeks if I did not return their product. With the acaiberry order, I did not receive the product for two weeks and my bank account was charged a total of 93.79 dollars without even getting the product. The day I called the company complainting of their false advertising and the fact that I had been charged for a product that I had not even received, I was given a complaint number and told if I received the product to not bother to send it back. I called repeatedly and was told that it was now in their refund department and that the only way I could get ahold of them was by email. I sent emails requesting contact and a refund for the monies they had fraudulently removed from my account. The product finally came after this process and was immediately sent back to them unopened. Yesterday I got into my hotmail account and up popped the advertisement for two free trial samples of these products. Sadly, I an several other consumers have been mislead into this scam.

I am now reading the the same story that happened to me that occurred for several others before me. This is hardly a free sample nor do you even get the time to receive the product and try it before you can react to cancel. I never even received the product and was charged the "free" s & h and $87.17 was taken out of my account.

Even if you do try and cancel, no one answer phone, mail box is full, if you are able to leave a message, they never return your call.

Advertisement on websites are misleading and you will be taken.

I had to cancel my card and watch transactions daily as this company will take as much of your money as they can.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB on this company and would suggest that anyone else that has been SCAMMED by these people do the same!!
