Scam website, product isn't delivered and credit card charged
Scam website, product isn't delivered and Credit Card Charged - This is a Scam Website. They use Oprah, Dr Oz, Rachel Ray as proponents for this product but once they have your credit card number, they charge your account $5.95 for Shipping and Handling, but you never get the product and then this "free" bottle of acai berry juice becomes a $79.95 charge on your card.Please go to Ripoffreport.com and type in FX Supplements to see all the complaint that have been made. Don't be another victim of this fraudelent company.How can a website be removed and or/ how can these celebrities be advised that they are being used as part of a scam?

unauthorized charges
I tried this product for the shipping cost. I was never contacted to ask if I wanted more. This company just shipped an order to me of 2-bottles without even sending notification that they were sending it. Charged my credit card $85.90. Then I sent it back un-opened, still have not received any credit for that shipment. Now over the weekend I received(email notification) that they were sending yet another shipment. I received it yesterday and it only had one bottle in it, yet they charged my credit card another $85.90. I will be returning the un-opened package yet again. I have tried to reach these people numerous times by e-mail and phone. When I try by phone a recording comes on saying they are closed, try back during business hours 8-5 CST. Mon-Fri., I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past two days. I just want my money back.
