I placed an order with this company because it has a return guarantee. When i received the items it wasn't what they claimed to be. To return the item is impossible because they provided an address to return the item but yet cannot be return without a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) that can only be obtain by calling the 1-866-938-4832. Which no one answers! I called several times for the last three days, only busy signal, ringing then it disconnects. The predicament they have me on is that i am stuck with an unwanted product and they continue shipping more and charging my account and they won't allow me to cancel.
