was suppose to refund money
I tried acai berry caps. for weight loss. I was billed 5.95 on my Debt. card on 11-08 Then without me knowing it. on 12-08 I was billed $88.62 Icalled and they said that was the terms for trying it. which I was unawhere of. so I called and complained and they said to send unused pills back and they would refund me which I did, that was on 12-16-08.so I keeped watching and calling and they told me 2 weeks ago they refunded it back to my account on 1-06-09 which I have called the bank and it was never refunded . and they are only going to give me $62.04 they are charging me 30% administrative handling and restocking fee. no refund of payment after product was returned with delivery confirmation
I ordered a free sample of the acaiberryteaplus. Realizing it was a glorified laxative I chose not to use it. I was not aware that I had signed up for future mailings. Late Dec 2008 I received an order for $88.62. I returned that shipment & assumed I would receive a refund to my credit card. I checked yesterday & have the refund has not happened. I have filled out the form to send to Visa but it looks like first I have to contact you first. When I ordered the FREE sample there was no indication that I would be charged $88.62 or that I was obligated to keep receiving shipments. Do not me any more of your product & refund the payment you kept after having the product returned & I still have the delivery confirmation.

Random charge- no products/orders
Got a sample product and paid postage- now being charged for no product, no orders, no contact. $88.62 showed up on credit card for no reason.

charging after cancellation
I ordered the product and was told I could cancel within the month. I did, by phone, but was charged $88.62 anyway. I'm calling to complain and will ask my credit card company to deny payment.

Did not order and could not get thru to phone #
I also ordered the trail and all of a sudden I got charged $88.62. I did try to cancel but could not get thru to the phone # at all. I did find this # 1-800-787-1219 on this website and it worked. I got thru and managed to cancel the order which I never received. Per the person I talked to (Alan Magallon) I should be receiving an email letting me know that I will be getting a refund.
