I ordered the "sample" bottle of Acaiburn on the pch.com website. I received the bottle. Two weeks later the fraud division of Mastercard contacted me about Acaiburn and asked if I was aware they had charged me an additional $59.95. I was not. I contacted the company using the 800 number provided to me by Mastercard Fraud Division. I contacted the company, cancelled my order. Per their instructions I returned the unused portion of the product via UPS and got the tracking number. I have the UPS tracking information. They have received the product back. They have also sent in an additional charge of $59.95 to my Mastercard account. A week ago Mastercard cancelled my old account and provided me with a new account. The additional charge hit my brand new account that I had not even activated the card for yet. This is getting to be a nightmare scenario.
