I have tried contacting this company regarding a refund, since their advertisement was false. They charged way above what was indicated and continued to charge my checking account without permission. I have tried numerous times contacting them regarding same, but have been unsuccessful. No one ever picks up their phone, and now I can not even get on their website to follow-up. No one has returned my calls as indicated in their website "a representative will contact you within 48 hours." I am seriously considering contacting a lawyer for misrepresentation and false advertisement. This is a scam that the BBB should look into and everyone should consider a class action suit.
