I was checking my online account when I noticed a charge for .80 for international charges and another for $99.96. I took a double look and said to myself I did not place any order for anything. I went to my bank and told them about the charges and filed a dispute with them to investigate the charges that were on my account. I also called the 888# on the phamplet that the diet pills came in for me to get a RMA# back and they told me that they can't do anything about it. I rambled on and finally got to a supervisor and he said that he would take care of the account and that I need to file a fraud claim online: [email protected]; and that they would refund my charges on my account. Now I can not even access that online website. It only takes me here and this is why I am filing a complaint against them. I know that I DID NOT order anything online for these diet pills. All I want is my money back.
