they have been charging my credit card since Oct 31, 2008 i have not received any products my new charges from them is up to 249.50 plus intest. My credit card agent called and they could not get thru. No matter what time you call there is always a long wait time from 60 minutes to over 80 minutes. then they give you a web sit and you can not do anything because the ask or a order number i don't even have that. please help get this resolved asp
