My credit card was charged $79.90 on 2/2/2009 payable to acaislimming. I did NOT authorize these charges nor have I ever heard of this company. I don't even know what it is I was supposed to have purchased. I am contacting my bank concerning this unauthorized charge as well as the Better Business Bureau, my attorney as well as the State Attorney Generals office. CEASE AND DESIST in accessing my credit card!
