I followed everything, I will be charged $1.95 for 14 day trial, OK, before I pressed the submit button i noticed a pop up box that said i would also recieve Ultracleanse for $48.92. I cancelled by pressing the "NO" button... Guess what? I was charged anyway. for both products. I have been calling these 1866 #s all morning and chatting with a so called person too. the only way i will get a refund for a product that i did not order is if i get the order and send it back to them wait 10 working days and then it will be credited
