unauthorized sending of product
You can add my name to the idiots list. I read about this and saw an ad with Oprahs name on it. I attempted to order the free offer, but it kept telling me that my credit card information was not valid. So, I got out of the website. I then found it again listed differently so I ordered the free trial. Before I knew it, I had received not only one bottle of AcaiBerry, but two days later I received another bottle of AcaiPure. I just received the second product yesterday telling me I had 15 days to stop the offer or I would be billed $88.62 + shipping. I called the number and no one will answer, finally got a recording telling me to go to the website they offered, but the website only tells you how to order more. After reading other complaints, I had to call and cancel my credit card so they cannot charge anything else to it. Now I am sitting here with a bottle of AcaiPure and a bottle of AcaiBerry and don't know what to do with either one as the bottle of AcaiBerry came with no paper work so don't even have any information on it or how to send it back. I will never ask for a free trial of anything again. Personally, I think Oprah has a lot more money than I do as I am on a very limited income. If her name is coming up on a product, and she has had this information forthcoming from her show, perhaps she should be looking into all of this. I personally believe that these two products are one of the same thing, just labeled differently.
