This company calls you representing your bank such as Wells Fargo. They bribe you into a accepting a free trial offer, and they will send you copies of their policy so you can cancel if it it not something you don't like. Well, I never got their policy. I only remember the breif conversation when I followed up on the charge on my credit card account. Then they try to get you not to cancel, and they will send out a new policy. Expect to wait 2 weeks for this new policy, enough time for them to charge you again. When you call to cancel, they will only give you a refund on your last charge. I am not happy about this company, and their methods, and I will close my accounts with Wells Fargo for this.
