My only issue/ complaint w/ CCoA is in the accounting dept and the rapidity/ incr freq of billing. I no sooner get a bill and there is another in my mailbox for the same book and before I get a chance to pay that bill another book is at my door. They come so fast and furious that I cannot keep up w/ which ones have been paid for and which ones have not. Right now, if I were to stop and count, I would probably have 3 - 5 bills for the same book sitting there all received within about a week's time. I only get paid bi-weekly and have to budget all payments. So let's be reasonable. I pay my bills twice a month.
