I had ordered an office calendar from this company. After several weeks of no info, I inquired about my order and was told that it was out of stock. I promptly asked for a refund and have emailed them 3 times and each time they tell me it's been sent to accounting. I used PayPal and have logged a complaint. It was less than $30.00, but it's the principle! Don't charge me until it ships, and if you do and it's out of stock, pay me back!
