I order the free trial e-cigarette on 9/19/10 and received it on the 9/22/10 it was not what I had asked for it was stronger than what I usually smoked. When I did get to talk to a human I was told that I could order what I wanted when their online store was back online, no date was given. 9/30/10 I received 20 cartridges that I didn't order when I call them to find out what was going on they said I didn't cancle with them in 7 days from the time of my first order. When I call my bank about it I was billed for the cartridges on 9/23/10. That was just 4 days after ordering the free trial e-cigarette. You willjust get a runaround if you call them and they are going to rip you off by trying to sweet talk you in that you order it or that they will give you a discount on your next order. But why
