I downloaded Acentive Performance found it caused problems with Internet Explorer .
On removal it left some files which now interfers with startup and continues to create problems at Internet Explorer .
On contacting Acentive they did not offer any fix for the problem, above the Windows Control Pannel Program Removal .
Extremely poor support for their product.
