Acer 8.9 inch netbook purchased 12/14/08 called Acer Computer Company 8/12/09 to ask for information on why computer will not connect to internet anymore. Been two days without return call back and I'm paying for internet service and non use of computer. Computer came with 3 year warranty but warranty isn't any good if you can't user it
