I bought an Oregon Scientific Weather Station from this company in March 2008. In December of the same year part of it failed. I have emailed them and phoned them with no response in an attempt to get a replacement part. They don't reply to emails and they don't seem to answer their phone either. Other web feedback for this company refers to apalling after sales service.
