ACIA Berry didn't send the product until after the trial time period expired. The customer service folks said that I had 14 days to try the product thats what trial menat. The 4.99 was just to try it and then you would be charged the full price. Intersting for me was that I see another person was charged 84+ dollars. I was charged 79+ dollars. They also tagged on under another fee a support system that is for people to go to for dieting help. A total of three programs was tacked on to the bill. Also, the phone number that is listed on the website as customer service is phony. I got the phone number from by bank statement if that helps anybody.
The number is: 1-800-957-6988. It wouldn't suprise me if this is changed regularly.
