The guidance given at the center to be qualitative, with the session taking off with a neat introduction on the nature of the IELTS examination. Jasmine, who helped me in registering in the site, tutors, alloting other tutors when my tutors are not available.I can see a tremendous change in me which is good in my overall growth.
	Victim_Internet_purchase November 8, 2009 Extreme delay in delivery It has been 9 days when I ordered a book on WOW technique for GRE preparation and I've not received that book. Even when I made a call on the number provided on the site (Customer assistance they say, huh!), the seller on the other side asked my name and date of order and told me that she will get back after few minutes, but after few minutes when I didn't get any call, I called on that number but no response. They even didn't pick up the phone. I am waiting for the book.
	April 25, 2008 Delay in Delivery I brought a GRE picture dictionary" Win Over Words" in Delhi. They promise me to deliver within 24 hours. But happens more than 72 hours, I am still waiting.
