I ordered this product and it has a 15 day trial. By the 14th day I have still not received the product. How can you try the product and know if it works if you don't have the product to try? I tried to call and cancel but the phone kept hanging up. Now I will have to dispute the charge on my card. Thank God for Amex they won't let people charge you if you don't receive the product.
